About us
I’m a wedding photographer and filmmaker, and together with my wife, Mai, we run Maii Studio.
Before founding Maii Studio, I studied a Master’s degree in Management & Finance and worked for several years as a Finance Manager. But creativity has always been a part of who I am. What began as a passion for photography gradually became something deeper. Finally, I decided to follow that passion and turn it into a full-time career.
Since then, I have the privilege of documenting weddings across Europe. Each story is unique, and my goal is to capture it with honesty, artistry, and cinematic beauty.
At Maii Studio, we see wedding photography and film not just as documentation, but as storytelling. Our approach blends fine-art aesthetics with natural emotion—creating timeless images and films that truly reflect the couple’s connection.
Alongside our creative work, I’m passionate about helping other photographers develop their artistic vision and discover their own way of seeing the world.
For me, photography is more than a profession—it’s an interpretation of life. Every couple who entrusts us with their memories gives us the privilege of turning fleeting moments into something everlasting.
Fun facts about us
Tung loves going on wild camping trips. He explored places like the mountains of Patagonia and travelled on a bike around the beautiful Lake District in the UK (see the photos here). When he's not out exploring, you'll find him capturing moments with his favourite camera, the Hasselblad 500CM.
Mai's passions are personal styling and fashion. She enjoys creating looks that express each person's individuality. In her free time, Mai takes care of her houseplants and transforms her home into a warm and inviting space, which she decorates with great skill. Mai's favourite lens is the Sony 70-200mm.
