We love to travel! For us, there's nothing better than discovering new places and capturing love stories throughout Germany (like Hamburg, Bremen, Brandenburg...) and all over Europe (destination weddings). Within a certain radius of our location (e.g., 100km, as stated on our pricing pages), travel costs are often included. Outside this radius, we charge a fair flat rate per kilometer (e.g., €0,25 per km) or the actual travel costs (e.g., train or flight tickets). For full-day bookings with long journeys (e.g., from 150 km), we only ask that you provide a simple place to stay. Of course, we will discuss all travel costs transparently with you before booking.

As soon as you can. Popular dates during the peak season (May to September) are often booked 9-12 months in advance. As soon as your date is set, get in touch with us!

We know that plans can change. If your new date is still available in our calendar, rebooking is generally not a problem. We will find a flexible solution together.

We use the unique light, get creative with umbrellas, or find beautiful sheltered spots (like arcades, greenhouses, or your venue itself) to capture unique shots. Your photos will be beautiful, no matter the weather!

Yes, absolutely! The details (rings, flowers, decor) and the group photos with your family are an important part of your day's story. We plan dedicated but brief time slots for these so you can quickly get back to your guests.

The absolute best time is the "Golden Hour"—the one to two hours before sunset. The light during this time is incredibly soft, warm, and magical. We always try to schedule the couple's shoot during this window.

The number of photos depends on the package. Our full-day "Luxury Collection," for example, delivers 500+ edited images. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that every successful image from your day is perfectly edited to tell your complete story. You will receive your private online gallery within 4-8 weeks (depending on the season).

Yes, we (Maii Studio) personally edit every single photo. We believe that editing is an essential part of our artistic style. We spend a lot of time perfecting the colors, light, and mood of each image to create our signature look. We do not use bulk filters.

Yes! We specialize in both—photography and videography. You can book us for either service individually ("WEDDING PHOTO" or "WEDDING FILM" packages) or as a combined team ("LUXURY COLLECTION" package)

The "Cinematic Film" (7-8 minutes) is a cinematic highlight reel, artfully summarizing the most emotional moments of your day—perfect for sharing. The "Documentary Film" (45-90 minutes, depending on the package) is a longer film that shows your day more chronologically and in greater detail, often including longer segments of speeches or the ceremony.

No, the RAW files are not available for viewing or purchase. Think of them as the chef's raw ingredients—the final dish (the edited JPEGs or the finished film) is the end product that represents our high standards and artistic vision.

Under German law, the Copyright always remains with the creator (Maii Studio). However, you will receive unlimited private usage rights. This means you can use the photos/films privately as much as you want, share them on social media, print them, and give them to family and friends, etc. The only thing you cannot do is sell the images commercially.

As creative professionals, our portfolio is our only way to show future couples (like you!) our style. We rely on being able to showcase our work. Therefore, our prices include the right for us to publish a selection of the images/films on our website, blog, and social media. If absolute privacy is extremely important to you and you wish to opt out of publication, this is of course possible. However, as this means we lose potential future bookings, we charge a surcharge on the total contract price in this case. Please just talk to us about this before booking.

Our payment process is simple. We require a non-refundable retainer (booking fee) to officially secure your date. This is due 14 days after signing the contract. The final payment is due two weeks before the wedding day.
